What we collect

When you contact us: your name, email address, and anything else you choose to include, such as your company, phone number and project details.

When you create an account: your name, email address and password. We store your password only as a secure hash, so nobody can read it, including us.

If you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft: your name, email address, profile photo and an account ID, shared with us by the service you choose. We never see your password for those services.

What stays in your browser

Your browser keeps a few things on your own device: your project brief, whether you switched on blueprint mode, and your name and email if you sign in. Clearing your browser data removes them.

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. This website does not use advertising cookies, analytics or tracking tools.

How we use your information

We use it to reply to you, to discuss and deliver work you ask us about, and to run your account. We do not sell it.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run this website and deliver our services. These include our website host, our email provider, and contractors who work with us on client projects. Some of them are located outside the United States. We also share information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and account details for as long as we need them to work with you and to meet our legal obligations.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it and your account. Email hello@relitecha.com and we will respond.

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
